Betty Snider passed away peacefully on April 1, 2013. Betty was born in Tacoma, WA. August 14, 1923. Her parents were Charles and Kathryn Cantrell. She graduated from Puyallup High School class of 1942 and worked on B-24’s for Boing during WWII.She married Everett R. Snider December 24, 1946, in Salinas CA. They moved to Richland WA in 1960. She worked many years as a Pharmacy Tech, retiring to Florence OR in 1986. She moved to Eugene in 1990 after the passing of her husband.She is survived by the following relatives. Her three children Michael of Modesto CA; Richard (Donna) Snider of Eugene; Patti (Tom) Miller of Richland WA; grandchildren, Christie Covarubias, Devon Mager, Jared Snider, April and Robert Miller, and four great grandchildren. She is remembered for her kindness and generosity and her love of cooking and baking. A service will be held at Grace Manor 2811 Bailey Lane Eugene, OR on April 6th at 6:30pm.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
