PLEASANT HILL — A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 2, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 525 66th St. in Springfield for Sarah Elaine Stokes of Pleasant Hill, who died April 26 at age 30. The family chose not to list the cause of death.She was born April 10, 1982, in Provo, Utah, to Craig and Jeannetta Noble Stokes.She graduated from Rifle High School in Rifle, Colo. She worked as a waitress and was a mother and homemaker.Survivors include her domestic partner of seven years, Jeremiah Jackson; her parents, now of Pleasant Hill; her grandparents, Robert Noble of Silverton and George and Fran Stokes of Orem, Utah; two daughters, Iszabelle and Addisen, both of Glenwood Springs, Colo.; two brothers, Justin Stokes of Roseburg and Ethan Stokes of Pleasant Hill; and four sisters, Aubrey Moats of Costa Mesa, Calif., Meghan Herbert of Gilbert, Ariz., and Katelyn Stokes and Erin Stokes, both of Pleasant Hill.Burial will be at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Vancouver, Wash. Arrangements by Springfield Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home in Springfield.
