Barbara LambBarbara Lamb of Eugene died Sept. 19 of age-related causes. She was 88. At her request, no service is planned.She was born Sept. 13, 1923, in Portland to James and Bernadine Nedvidek Langman. She married Allen “Pat” Lamb on April 24, 1944, in Portland. He died Feb. 12, 1998.She graduated from high school in Portland. During World War II she worked for Pacific Power & Light in Portland. She relocated to Eugene in 1950 and worked for Eugene Water & Electric Board until she retired in 1984.Survivors include a son, Michael of Eugene; a daughter, Stephanie Batchelder of Junction City; a sister, Betty Sanders of Portland; a brother, Donald Langman of Modesto, Calif.; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.Inurnment will be at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland. Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene. Remembrances to the Alzheimer’s Association.
