Doris FletcherA memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 2, at Emmaus Lutheran Church in Eugene for Doris Berg Fletcher of Eugene, who died Aug. 26 of age-related causes. She was 93.A private family service will be held later in Kennewick, Wash.She was born Nov. 25, 1917, in Willmar, Minn., to Andrew and Anne Olson Berg. She married Joseph Fletcher on Nov. 24, 1965, in Kennewick. He died July 1, 1977.She graduated from Willmar High School and later studied accounting. She worked as a bookkeeper during the construction of The Dalles Dam, and as a office manager at Overturf Motors in The Dalles and in Kennewick.Survivors include a stepson, John Fletcher of Gresham.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
