Patricia Donahue Patricia Donahue, age 70, passed at home surrounded by her family on Sunday, December 16th, 2018. Born to Irish and Italian parents Eugene and Theresa Donahue, she grew up in Morristown, New Jersey. Pat moved to Eugene, Oregon in 1975 where she completed a Masters in Community Health and Education at University of Oregon which was put to good use helping others through PeaceHealth. Married to James cooper in December of 1981, she is survived by her husband and two children, Brian and Laura Cooper, as well as two grandchildren, Charles and Kylie Cooper. Pat was a world traveler who spread her smile across 6 continents, travelling even against the advice of medical professionals later in life. She was a strong and independent thinker who worked tirelessly to better the lives of her family and community, very active in charity work for both the Makindu Vocational Program as well as the Refugee Resettlement Coalition of Lane County. Pat will be deeply missed by her friends, family, and parish of St. Jude Catholic Church. A viewing will be held at St. Jude Catholic church on Saturday, January 5 at 10:00 a.m., with a memorial service following at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements entrusted to Musgrove Family Mortuary.
