Inurnment will be at West Lawn Memorial Park for Ruth Maupin of Eugene, who died March 29 of congestive heart failure at age 84.She was born Aug. 9, 1926, in Los Angeles to Floyd and Lucy Lewis Cochrun. She married William Maupin on Aug. 21, 1945, in Clinton, Mo.She attended Garfield High School in Los Angeles. She was an office administrator for Max Factor.Survivors include her husband; a son, John of Torrance, Calif.; a daughter, Joann Brock of Eugene; and two grandchildren. A son, Gary, died previously.Remembrances to American Red Cross.
