Phyllis Ann Underwood On Sunday, March 17, 2013 Phyllis passed away peacefully after a 15 month long battle with breast cancer. Phyllis was a longtime employee with the State of Arizona/DCYF. She will live forever in our hearts. The celebration of Phyllis’ life will begin with a viewing on Monday, March 25, 2013 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at BRING’S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway. A memorial service will follow on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at 12:00 PM at the Southside Church of Christ, 2503 E. 36th St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to TMC Hospice â€" Peppi’s House in Phyllis’ name.
