Claudia J. (Pat) Walker Born October 20, 1920 in Globe, Arizona. Passed away January 29, 2013. Survived by sister, Corrine Still; son, William Walker; daughters, Wendy Walker-Ferrell and Trish Walker; six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband, Warren D. Walker Sr.; three sons, Warren "Don" Jr., Thomas and Robert Walker. Pat worked for more than 40 years in the behavioral health field. She was Project Coordinator of the Southwestern Center for Behavioral Health Studies. Also, Educational Consultant for Gateway, Inc., Associate Director Southwestern School for Behavioral Health Studies and Program Specialist for Carondelet Health Services. She served on many Boards of Directors, including The Haven. She is the recipient of numerous awards and was honored by Compass Health Care in 2007 for 50 years of personal achievement. Services will be Friday, February 1, 2013 at BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E Broadway. Visitation 11:00 a.m., Service at 12:00 p.m. Burial to follow at South Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Haven, 2601 N. Campbell Ave., Suite 110, Tucson, AZ 85719.
