Richard "Dick" Coulter 79, of Tucson, AZ passed May 11, 2012. He was born in Ft. Morgan, Colorado and graduated from the University of Wyoming, School of Pharmacy. He was active in several charities, including Casa De Los Ninos and Ronald McDonald House. He is survived by Harriet, his two daughters, Karena Coulter and Tania (Vasili) Dulger and grandchildren, Karena and Nickolas. Services will be private.
