Michael Wayne Wallace Sr., Tucson, Arizona Mike Wallace (70), of Tucson, Arizona, and former resident of East Limestone, AL, and San Pedro, California, died at his home Saturday, June 10, 2023. Mr. Wallace served with the US Army in South Korea. He was a vintage car and Harley enthusiast who always had a project or two at hand. He deeply loved his wife, Meri, his children, and everyone who lovingly called him "dad." Michael was born to Charles and Nancy Wallace in Memphis, Tennessee, on December 23, 1952. His parents and his older, beloved brother, David, preceded him in death. Mike is survived by his wife of 39 years, Mrs. Meri E. Wallace, daughter Cindy Wallace of Tucson, Arizona; Daughter Amber (Jason) Perez, and son Tyler Duncan of Manhattan, Kansas; Daughter Claudia (Beau) Schumacher of Mesa, Arizona; and son Michael Wallace Jr. of Madison, Alabama as well as seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and sister, Nancy Phillips of Ridgecrest, California. Michael was an amazing husband and father. He will always be remembered for his unconditional love, honesty, and willingness to do anything for his family. A celebration of life will be determined at a later date.
