Oma Williamson
July 14th, 1925 - October 24th, 2023
Oma Williamson (nee Riley) was born on July 14, 1925, in Altro, Kentucky. She peacefully passed away on October 24, 2023, at the age of 98 in Tucson, Arizona. Oma was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will be deeply missed by her daughter, Darlene, and her sons, Greg (Sam), Mike (Tammy), and David (Deann). Oma had numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren who brought immense joy to her life. She was preceeded in death by her daughters Pat and Debbie, and her son-in-law Mel. Infectious laughter and a beaming smile were trademarks of Oma's personality. She had a way of spreading happiness to everyone she encountered, and she was adored by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Oma's warm and nurturing nature made her the heart of her family. Throughout her life, Oma worked tirelessly in various jobs to provide for her loved ones. Her unwavering dedication to her family was evident in everything she did. Oma's commitment and sacrifice were truly remarkable. In her leisure time, Oma enjoyed sewing, taking care of her homestead, and she really loved to fish. She also had a penchant for gambling, finding excitement and entertainment in games of chance. However, her greatest joy came from spending time with her family. Oma cherished every moment shared with her loved ones, creating lasting memories that will be treasured forever. Oma Williamson's legacy will live on through her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Her infectious laughter and warm smile will forever be remembered, and she will continue to hold a special place in the hearts of her family and friends. May she rest in peace.
