Patricia L. Daily

Patricia “Patty” (Bays) Daily gained her angel wings on March 26, 2024 at her home in Tucson, Arizona. Patty was 66 years old. Patty's life would seem too short to many, but those of us who were blessed to be touched by her understand that her existence and the imprint she left on our hearts exceed the quantity of time that she was here. Patty was talented and adventurous in many aspects of her life. She was a master of organization, an avid animal lover and an amazing hostess. When Patty wasn't spending time with family or friends, she could be found caring for her home and pets. Not a day went by where Patty didn't talk about how much her children and family meant to her -- her family was arguably her most important achievement in life. Patty is survived by her three loving children, Michele Johns (Phillip) of TX, Michael Smith of AZ, Matthew Smith (Alayna) of AZ; her Sister Teresa Plumley (Chris) of WV, her Grandchildren Robert Scholz of CO, Elizabeth Johns of TX & Patrick Smith of AZ; Sister-in-Law Pixie Bays; Nieces Makenna Plumley of WV, Miley Plumley of WV, and Kassandra Wooton of WV; Nephew Keith Bays II (KL) of CA and many more loving aunts, uncles, relatives and friends. Patty was preceded in death by her Parents Neada & Harold Pauley, Father Lonnie Bays, Brother Keith L. Bays I, and Husband James E. Duke. Celebration of Patty’s life will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, April 22, 2024 at Trails West Community Clubhouse in Tucson, Arizona.
