Robert "Jerry" Jerome Koreen

Robert Jerome Koreen II, "Jerry", 34 of Phoenix, AZ passed away on December 28, 2011. Jerry was born in Dallas, TX on October 13, 1977; and grew up in Topeka, KS. He graduated from Kaw Area Technical School (auto mechanics) and Hayden High School in 1996. He moved to Phoenix in 2004 and fell in love with the Arizona sunshine. Jerry taught automobile mechanics to inmates through the Phoenix Department of Corrections; and in his spare time was an avid outdoor enthusiast spending hours hiking, riding his motorcycle, and at the lakes. Jerry had an amazing gift for creating new things from old. He will be remembered for his altruistic sharing of time, talent, and treasure with the world. Jerry is survived by his parents, Robert and Jacqueline Koreen; his sisters, Judi (Alex) Gussoni, Jeanne (Kirk) Hanks, Bobbi (Royce) Overbey, and Rebecca (Brandon) Bottesch; nieces, Anna, Sam, and Madalyn; nephews, Blake, Zack, John, Joe, Seth, Lukas, Ethan, and Jake; his boys, Blue and Monty; and many more loved ones.
