Francisco Alvarez Villarreal

Francisco Alvarez Villarreal, 88, of Chandler, AZ passed away January 6, 2012 in Chandler. We celebrate his life and cherish the time we were all blessed to have him in our lives. He loved to chat, tell stories, but mostly loved to make you laugh by telling "chistes", jokes. He worked very hard to provide a stable home and all that we asked. He was a devoted, doting father and husband. We miss you greatly. He was preceded in death by his wife Leticia. He is survived by his children Arturo Alvarez of Mesa, Pablo Alvarez of Chandler, Maria Alvarez of Chandler, Margarita Sanchez of Tempe, Amelia Gomez of Prescott , and Javier Alvarez of California. He is also survived by his sisters: Josefina Alvarez of Prescott and Elena Garcia Alvarez of Cd Juarez, Chihuahua; brothers: Jesus Alvarez of Bakersfield, CA, Salvador Alvarez of Prescott, Sabino Alvarez of El Paso, TX; grandchildren Anthony, Osvaldo, Blanca, Gerardo Mario and Gabriela, many nieces, nephews and great grandchildren. Also, preceded in death by his brother Federico Alvarez. A visitation and rosary to celebrate his life will be held from 6 to 8 PM on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at Falconer Funeral Home, 251 W. Juniper Ave. Gilbert, AZ. The funeral service will be at 10 AM, Wednesday, January 11, Saint Mary Magdalene, 2654 E Williams Field Road, Gilbert, AZ. Services entrusted to Falconer Funeral Home.
