Patricia M. Willis

Patricia M. Willis, 81, passed away March 28, 2012 in Mesa, Arizona. She was a "preacher"s kid" and started playing the piano for her daddy"s churches at a very young age. She continued as a church pianist in the many places she lived for 60+ years until she moved to Arizona. She began her career as a music teacher for small schools in the Texas panhandle; she retired from Martin Marietta. When she retired she relished playing bridge, lunching with friends and traveling. She helped raise her beloved Zoe, who brought her much joy. She loved her Lord, her family and her friends and would tell you that she was blessed. Miss Pat is survived by her children Maewyn Ballard and Sullivan Keith Willis; grandchildren Daimon (Dalana) and Chata Ballard, Laura (Dan) Watt, and Courtney Hanenberger (Tony); great-grandchildren Zoe, Darian, Danika, Nikki, Brooke and Christian. Also great-great grandson Ian. She is preceded in death by her husband, Myron Wendell Willis. Burial at Ft.LoganNationalCemetery in Denver,Colorado.
