Robert James Jordan
November 25th, 1948 - June 16th, 2012
"Bob" to all of us, Sgt. Robert James Jordan of the Maricopa County Sheriff"s Office, passed through this mortal life on June 16, 2012 at Gilbert, AZ. Born in Glen Falls, NY, and spent his childhood in Sudbury, MA, Bob joined the US Air Force from 1968 to 1972, and served with honors during the Vietnam War. Following his military service, Bob went to Arizona State University, and upon graduation, joined Motorola semiconductor. A marketer/planner in the analog division, Bob spent 30 years at Motorola. In 2003, Bob joined the Maricopa County Sheriff"s Office, serving as a corrections sergeant. Bob is survived by his wife, Delia Edejer, daughter Heather Jordan, and only sibling, Donald C. Jordan II of Boston, MA and parents Donald and Arline Jordan of North Carolina. Memorial services and final internment will be on Friday, June 29, 2012 at 2:30PM at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, AZ. Services are by Falconer Funeral Home, Gilbert, AZ
