Marilyn McLaughlinA memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28, at Countryside Christian Church for Marilyn L. McLaughlin of Eugene, who died Dec. 22 of pancreatic cancer. She was 77.She was born Jan. 13, 1933, in Lebanon, N.H., to Lloyd and Mari Wolti Hambleton. She married William Edwards McLaughlin on July 3, 1956, in Munich, Germany.She graduated from high school in Lebanon, N.H., and earned a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of New Hampshire. She was a schoolteacher in Fabius, N.Y., Medford, Roseburg and Eugene until she retired in 1989.Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Melissa Ratzlaff of Veneta, Melinda Kletzok of Noti and Kristin Dady of Clackamas; a brother, Robert Hambleton of Wells, Maine; and three grandchildren.Burial will be at Rest Lawn Memorial Park in Junction City. Arrangements by Murphy-Musgrove Funeral Home in Junction City. Remembrances to American Cancer Society.
