Clifford Lee Parmenter

On April 15, 2013 Clifford Lee Parmenter; native of AZ passed away at the age of 79, in Mesa AZ. Clifford was born to James and Carolyn Parmenter on March 25, 1934 in Kingman, AZ. He served in the US Navy during the Korean War, and after moved to Tucson AZ where he met the love of his life; Janice. Cliff began a career at Mt. Bell in Tucson, AZ as a journeyman. He worked his way to manager and then in 1970, a position as District Manager of Graham & Greenlee County in Safford, AZ where Cliff became an integral part of the community. Mt. Bell became US West and moved the Parmenter family to Mesa where Cliff retired from the industry in 1987. Cliff is survived by his wife Janice of 54 years. His three lovely daughters, Diane Wooters (Stephanie, Cameron, Brittany, Brandy) of Tampa Fl. Debra (Danny, Candice, Derek,) Garcia of Mesa. Jan Marie (Anne, Jodi, Monica) de' Angel of Mesa. 13 great grandchildren as well as Cliff's brother James and sister Marie MacDonald (Ronald)of Beaumont, CA. Cliff will be remembered for his sense of humor and the joy he brought to any gathering. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday April 19, at 10:00 AM at Falconer Funeral Home, 251 W Juniper Ave, Gilbert, AZ 85233.
