Roberta Kay "Bobbie" Fullmer of Yoder, WY passed away peacefully in her Gilbert, AZ home on August 6, 2014, she was 61 years old. Bobbie was born on July 11, 1953 in Scottsbluff, NE, to Robert and Jeanne Splinter. Bobbie was raised on her family"s farm South of Yoder. During her childhood, she loved to spend time with her father and grandfather, either, digging fish worms, fishing or hunting. She attended elementary school in Yoder and high school in Huntley. Her teenage years saw her showing her shorthorn cattle. She was active in music and was a cheerleader in high school. Opera was the music genre of choice. Twice winning the crown of Miss Wyoming Farm Bureau, she represented Goshen County and the State at various events. Bobbie married her high school sweetheart Craig and moved to the University of Wyoming student housing. To this marriage, two children were born. The family moved several times over the 35 years of Craig"s career. Each time Bobbie would find employment with an insurance agent, typically as office manager. Throughout the years she managed to work full time and keep two active children on track with school and extracurricular activities, and have family dinner each night at home. Family was her number one priority. Her life was filled with attending her children and grandchildren"s events as well as entertaining in her home. Bobbie is survived by her husband of 42 years, Craig Fullmer of Yoder, two children Kim (Bryan) Fullmer of Gilbert, AZ and Jason (Nechole) Fullmer of Charlotte NC and 4 beautiful grandchildren.
