Delores Marie Campbell

Delores Marie Campbell, 85, had a beautiful and spiritual passing on April 28, 2017 at home in Gilbert, Arizona surrounded by her loving family. Delores was born April 15, 1932 in Nevada, Iowa (Story County) to Ward Ingvald and Gladys Osmundson Tjelmeland. She was happily married for 65 years to Ronald E. Campbell, originally of Ames, Iowa. Delores graduated from Roland High School where she played basketball, sang in the choir, and served as class representative. She married Ron Dec 31, 1951 and had three children. The family moved often with Ron"s work, primarily residing in Wyoming, Iowa, Colorado and Missouri. Delores loved spending time with her extended family and friends, traveling and St. Louis Cardinals baseball. Delores is preceded in death by her parents and seven siblings. She is survived by her husband Ronald Campbell of Gilbert, AZ; daughter Vickie Liebsch and her husband Greg of Gilbert; son Bruce Campbell and his wife Terri of Reno, NV; and daughter Melissa Potulski and husband John, and their children Ashley and Johnny of Gilbert; and by siblings Lola Mae Anderson of Nevada, Iowa, and brother Gordon Tjelmeland of Clive, Iowa.
