Marie Enck Robinson

Marie "G"ma" Enck Robinson We lost a lovely lady Saturday, August 8, 2009 when our mom passed away in Hospice care. Marie Julia Enck was born June 29, 1916 in Queens, NY. She was the youngest of five brothers and sisters, all of whom preceded her in death. She married Richard Robinson, a NY Fireman on August 29, 1942 and they had three children, Lorraine Farley (Jim), David Robinson (Susan) and Richard Robinson who died in 1979. Her husband died in 1986. She is survived by 3 grandchildren: James J. Farley II (Andrea), Kristin Winckowski (Tony) and Lisa Farley-Chevalier (Mika). Cali Winckowski is her great-grandchild and Marie was excited about the impending arrival of Baby Chevalier, a little boy who is due in November. G"ma was also granny to various cats and dogs and loved them all. She was the best mom anybody could ever have. The family would like to thank the staff of Mercy Gilbert Hospital, Banner Desert, Friendship Village of Tempe, Sunrise Senior Assisted Living at Chandler and a special thanks to the marvelous people of Hospice of the Valley. Visitation for Marie will be at the Falconer Funeral Home, 251 W Juniper Ave. Gilbert, AZ on Wednesday, August 12th from 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be at Falconer Funeral Home on Thursday, August 13th at 1 p.m. Contributions, in lieu of flowers, may be sent to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 East Flower Street, Phoenix, AZ 85014.
