Kelly Donald Tate, 53 of Mesa, AZ passed away on September 10, 2009. Kelly was born on June 4, 1956 in Minneapolis, MN to Donald and Frances Tate. Kelly is survived by his wife of 30 years, Lori Zier Tate, and his sister in law, Lynn Zier both of Mesa, AZ, and his two daughters, Erin R. Tate of Boston, MA and Allison (Vladyslav) Tate-Gorbenko of Abilene, TX. He is also survived by his father and stepmother, Donald and Marion Tate; three sisters, Kathy (John) Struve, Adele (Harry) Tate, and Nancy (Mark) Cross; one brother, James (Kelly) Tate, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting support for local search and rescue organizations. Donations can be sent to Red Mountain Community Church, 6101 E. Virginia St., Mesa, AZ, 85215, and marked "search & rescue, in memory of Kelly Tate".
