Charles LaVerne Coleman March 10, 1961 "" February 16, 2010 Charles was born in Lawrence, Kansas. He was a D & D Specialist with Costco in Phoenix, Arizona. He was educated in the school system in Lawrence up to and including graduation from Lawrence High School in 1979. He left Lawrence that same year to attend Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. He remained in Arizona until his death on February 16, 2010. Charles had a lifelong interest in art, specifically cartooning. He had a devilish sense of humor and he could shoot a mean game of pool, which he did often. He was blessed with, and survived by one son, Juston LaVerne Coleman, who lives in Vancouver, Washington and attends Portland Bible College in Portland, Oregon. Charles also is survived by his sister, Wendi Harden who lives in Lawrence with her husband, Stanley Harden. Charles" nephew, Damian Harden also lives in Lawrence. Charles" only brother, Barry Coleman, lives in Warrenton, Virginia. Charles"mother, Diana Johnson lives in Vancouver, Washington with her husband Dale Bajema. His father, Charles Coleman, lives in Rio Vista, California with his wife, Melissa. Charles leaves behind aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. There will be a memorial celebration of his life at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, February 27, 2010 at Falconer Funeral Home, 251 W. Juniper Ave., Gilbert, AZ 85233, followed by a reception at his home. Charles has been welcomed home. He is home now.
