Norman Juel Lunt of Mesa, AZ passed away in at home on Friday, April 16, 2010. He was 58 years old. Norman was born on May 30, 1951 in Salt Lake City Utah to Parley Darwin and Emma Lunt. He loved the great outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping with friends and family. Few could keep up with him at work or play when he was in his prime. He just knew that one day he would be pain free and able to do all the things that he loved to do once more. Norman loved his children and is survived by Shari (Howard) Lyon and Ryan (Karen) Lunt of Mesa, Justin (Teal Darkenwald) Lunt of North Carolina. His grandchildren, Belle, Zack, Alex and Ellexa were the light of his life. Norman and Arlene were married for 40 years. He is also survived by sisters, Carolyn Gabbitas, Kathie (Reed) McCune; sisters-in-law, Marilyn Lunt and Audie Lunt, and brothers, Barton (Nan) and Evan (Jolene) Lunt. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, Elburn and Steven Lunt. Visitation will be held on Thursday April 22, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Falconer Funeral Home, 251 W Juniper Ave, Gilbert AZ . Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 10:00 at 3344 E McDowell Rd Mesa, AZ. Interment will be at Mt View Memorial Park, in Mesa.
