Orpha Mae Swanson (Taddy) of Phoenix, AZ passed away on August 29, 2011 in Gilbert, AZ. She was 79 years old. Orpha was born on September 2, 1931 in Elwood, Indiana to Alva and Edna Tranbarger. Orpha was surrounded by her family, friends and her pet Lilly. She is preceded in death by her husband Grover Claude Swanson in 2007. Orpha leaves behind a sister Nelma Moore of Anderson, IN. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 2, 2011 at 5:00 PM at Falconer Funeral Home, 251 W Juniper Ave, Gilbert, AZ. Orpha will be interred with her husband at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona at a private service.
