Frances TaggartFrances Elizabeth Taggart of Eugene, died Sept. 3 of age-related causes at age 86. No service is planned.She was born Dec. 26, 1923, in Chicago, to Frank and Emily Wag-ner Trein.She held a college de-gree and received her registered nursing license. She supported the U.S. military during World War II with her nursing skills. She worked as a registered nurse for more than 20 years.Survivors include her husband of 23 years, Lee Taggart; two daughters, Susan Janssen of Eureka, Calif., and Paula Medina of Connecticut; a son, Phillip Taggart of Eugene; and six grandchildren.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene. Remembrances to Sacred Heart Home Health and Hospice.
