Lida Ruth Flynn of Vida died June 14 of age-related causes. She was 75. No service is planned.She was born Dec. 24, 1934, in Eastend, Saskatchewan, to Kenneth and Christine Vandruff. She married John Flynn on Aug. 13, 1955, in Los Angeles. He died May 20, 1998.She held a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. She was a homemaker.Survivors include three daughters, Vickie Lowry of Springfield, Colleen Smith of Vida and Sherry Noble of Concord, Calif.; a son, John of Eugene; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A son, Brian Kelly Flynn, died in 1956.Arrangements by Springfield Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home.
