Adair Funeral Home - Avalon
George Louis Hobeich
November 5th, 1957 - May 14th, 2020
With the heaviest of hearts, George Louis Hobeich passed away on May 14, 2020 leaving behind a wonderful legacy. In 1985 he and his wife Renee, along with their children Valerie and Paul, made Tucson their home. He has been a practicing Pediatrician in our Tucson community for over 35 years. Our world has lost the kindest, most caring, wonderful physician and loving family man. This is truly a tremendous loss, not only for our family, but also for our community. To those at TMC who valiantly fought to keep George here on earth with us - please accept our heartfelt appreciation. Your heroic efforts were nothing short of amazing. To our Tucson community, patients, colleagues, friends and loved ones who have reached out to us in this time of sorrow, we would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your overwhelming love and prayers, through every form of communication, will always be held close to our hearts. Please know, that no gesture has gone unnoticed. The memories each one of you have shared, has truly been a source of comfort during this extremely painful and difficult time. It is important to us, the Hobeich Family, that we honor George in the manner that he deserves. Unfortunately, due to the current restrictions in our community, we are unable to extend any services at this time. We hope that later this summer or early this fall, we will be able to announce a date for all to join us in a Memorial honoring George’s legacy. At this time, please help us honor George by driving by the Hobeich Medical Plaza on Friday, May 29th, between the hours of 9:00am to 11:00 am in tribute to his remarkable life. We have all been left broken-hearted. He will be forever loved and never forgotten. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to Angel Charity for Children, which is a local charity near and dear to George’s heart. George is survived by his wife of 41 years, Renee Hobeich; their daughter Valerie Hobeich Menke, her husband Nick Menke and their two sons, Matthew and Ryan; their son Paul Hobeich, his wife Lauren Hobeich and their two daughters, Quinn and Clara; his mother Nohad Hobeich and two brothers Jean and Fadi.
