Donna Kay Wells

Donna K. Wells, passed away on her 68th birthday Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2022, in El Mirage Az. at her residence surrounded by her family. Donna was born in Norman, Oklahoma Dec 13 1954 as the eldest of 5 children. She moved to Arizona in 1973 and welcomed her only son Jimmy into the world Jan. 1974. She was a very talented and a fun loving woman, She lived a life dedicated to her family. Donna was survived by her Husband of 51 years, Buel (Jim) Wells, son Jimmy Wells (Crystal), 4 grandchildren; Branden Wells (Randi), Trevor Wells, Matthew Wells, Brooklyn Wells and great-granddaughter Alyssa Wells, father LeRoy Hames, sister Sherrie Fairchild, brothers; James Hames, and Danny Kreuzberg, her sisters; Linda Wells, Mary Seppala, Marie Spencer, and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Donna was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. She could be found creating beautiful art with stained glass, sewing something for her grandkids or re-enactment costumes. She loved decorating and creating things for Halloween. Donna cared deeply for others and spent her life helping her family and friends. Proceeded in death by, mother; Ruth C. Zimmerman, and brother; Ronnie Lee Hames. A closed casket service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, at Regency Funeral Home in Sun City, Arizona.
