Thelma "Tay" Schulze August 23, 1921 - January 20, 2018 Thelma "Tay" Schulze passed away peacefully at her home, January 20, 2018 at the age of 96. Tay was born on August 23, 1921 in Whiting, IN. She lived in Danville, IL, Reno, NV, Oakland, CA, Maricopa County, Arizona and Muskegon, MI. After her husbands retirement they decided to move back to Maricopa County, Arizona. Tay was outgoing positive and not willing to take "No" for an answer. SHe made deep connections wherever she went. Tay will be remembered for her love of her family, love of life, her sense of humor and her adventurous spirit. She enjoyed traveling, playing cards, dancing and socializing with her many friends. She was an animal lover and a frequent benefactor to animal various rescue groups. Tay was a loving Mother to her two children Rory Rebmann, and Candy Sharp. She took great pride in being a Grandmother to her grandchildren Daniel Sharp, Betsy Sharp, Christy Jordan, Ashley Firestone and Ryan Rebmann. She was a caring Great Grandmother to Alexa Firestone and Ashlyn Rebmann. Tay greatly appreciated the loving support of her caregiver Pam Fritchey. She is proceeded in death by her husband Edward Schulze.
