A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 15, at Lane Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home for Karen Brandt of Eugene, who died Dec. 9 of emphysema and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. She was 58.She was born March 7, 1951, in Eugene to Kenneth and Phyllis Mulligan Pratt. She married Daniel A. Brandt on Nov. 22, 1969, in Eugene. They later divorced.She was a 1969 graduate of Willamette High School. She was a homemaker and owner of a housekeeping service. She also worked in food delivery, in a deli and at Suncraft Countertops.Survivors include a son, Craig of Eugene; a sister, Kathy Hardisty of Springfield; and five grandchildren. A son, Kevin, and a grandson, Jacob, died previously.
