Rosemarie Susan Plocki
August 30th, 1946 - November 1st, 2020
Born to an Irish immigrant Father and a midwestern Mother in South Chicago. A humble upbringing with Kathleen Crow and Michael Burns II while her father patrolled the streets of Chicago as a policeman and her mother cared for the sick as a Registered Nurse. She graduated from High School, went to college and one destiny filled night she met the love of her life, Ronald Plocki and celebrated 54 glorious years. Rosemarie and Ronald had a great 1.5 year honeymoon with stories you need to hear:). Then they started their family, first came Michelle Marie Plocki (Warren) and a little over a year later Ronald Richard Plocki II. She raised her family for 9 years in Romulus,MI while volunteering in various church organizations and maintaining a couple of part time jobs. Her family moved to Green River, WY where she continued volunteering at church in addition to bowling, bridge,casino visits, multiple women’s groups, listening and dancing to her favorite song, “Proud Mary.” After Wyoming Rosemarie and Ronald adventured to Ely,NV; Tucson,AZ;Grants,NM (Associates in Secretarial Administration plus 40 hr job);Charlevoix,MI;San Antonio,TX;San Jose,CA and finally back to Tucson,AZ where on Nov 1 she passed peacefully with her family by her side. She is preceded in death by her Father, Mother, Martin Gerrity (brother in law),Michael Burns II(brother), Michael Hoover (nephew) and Maria Hoover (niece). She is survived by her loving family Ronald Sr., Michelle Marie Warren ( Neil Warren ), Ronald II, 4 grandkids; Matthew Jordan Plocki, Alison Ashlin Plocki, Nicholas Richard Warren, Mackenzie Lee Warren. Linda Gerrity Rushton (sister in law, Max Rushton),Angela McLean (niece,Tom McClean),Martin Gerrity II(nephew,Stacie Gerrity) and Yvonne Gamble (niece,Todd Gamble) Faith and family were the cornerstones of her life. She will always be a Godly example of love, which is needed in this world. Eternal Rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May her soul and the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God Rest In Peace. Amen!!!!!!! Services will be held at St.Thomas the Apostle Roman Catholic Church 5150 N Valley View Rd, Tucson, AZ 85718 Rosary at 11am, service is at 11:30 on November 13th, 2020. In Lieu of flowers or gifts please make a donation to the American Diabetes Association ( diabetes.org )
