Gilbert De los Santos was called to heaven by God on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at the age of 83. He was a loving husband, brother, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle & friend. He was born in Oilton, Texas and lived throughout the State of Texas until he settled in Tucson for his last 62 years. He met and married his wife Emma over 30 years ago. They had a loving and fun marriage, traveling the country and enjoying family and friend time. Gilbert was preceded in death by his parents Mateo and Rosa De los Santos, and his siblings Mateo, Aurora, Rosa, Andrea and Ruperto. He is survived by his loving wife Emma De los Santos, his sister Mary (Ernie) Estrada, his children June Torreros, May (Charles) Eaton, Lloyd (Kristina) De los Santos, his granddaughters Nicholina Torreros and Mia De los Santos and Emma’s children Linda (Richard) Cordova, Ramon Jr (Liza) Campbell, Ricardo (Mary) Campbell and her 7 grandchildren & 4 great-grandchildren. Services will be held on Monday, December 28, 2020. Public viewing will be at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Rancho Vistoso, 55 Arrowsmith Dr, Oro Valley, Az. 85755 at 11:00am. Services at 12:00pm will be for immediate family only due to COVID, and public services will be available via Zoom. Public burial will take place at Holy Hope Cemetery at 3555 N.
