Francisco "Frank" Chavez, Jr passed away suddenly at his home on Mon, Nov 18, 2019. He was passionate about music, politics, and football. His favorite football team was the Los Angeles Rams, something he passed down. He was just connecting with long-lost relatives and found a lot of happiness and laughter through their conversations and friendship. He leaves behind his devoted partner of 21 years, Theresa Hand, her sons Joshua Acree, Brian Fisher, Tim Fisher (Andrea Agnew), their children and Kaitlyn Salinas (son Liam); parents, Michael & Carol McCorkell; sisters, Merciann Chavez, Julie Baker; brothers, Frank V Chavez Jr, and Polo Chavez; various aunts, nieces, nephews, and lots of cousins. Viewing will be Mon, Dec 2nd at Samaritan Funeral Home, 1505 E McDowell, Phoenix AZ 85006 at 4 pm - 7 pm. A Catholic Mass will be at 10 am on Tues, Dec 3rd at Santo Nino Catholic Church, 3206 W Melvin St, Phoenix AZ 85009. Graveside will be following Mass at Holy Cross Cemetery, 9925 W Thomas Road, Avondale AZ 85392. He is loved and missed by so many.
