Concepcion Monarrez Barela, 87, passed away on July 24, 2020 in Phoenix, Arizona. She is survived by her children Francisco Mendoza, Salvador Monarrez, Mario Monarrez and Elvira Del Toro, as well as many beloved grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Concepcion will be laid to rest with her beloved husban Felipe Barela, who preceded her in death, at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona. Concepcion será sepultada junto a su amado esposo Felipe Barela en National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
