Christopher Frank Otis, born February 5, 1969 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, passed away December 15, 2022, at the age of 53. Christopher was a true friend, always had a smile and helped everyone he could. He believed in God and Jesus Christ. He was a Beloved Son, Husband and Friend. Christopher loved fishing, traveling, baseball and NASCAR. He was a teaching assistant for the Sped programs in Marana school district. In his earlier years Christopher served in the Navy, then went on to pursue his education at NAU, and graduated with a Master’s in Education. Christopher also taught in prisons as well as in student services at Pima Community College. Christopher was married November 7, 2009 after reconnecting with his high school sweetheart Beatrice Leyva. Christopher was proceeded in death by his Grandparents. He is survived in death by his wife Beatrice, his mother Sonja and step father Russ Fincher, his father Frank and wife Phyllis Otis, and his dogs Fiona, Rocky and Gracie. We will be celebrating Christopher’s life at Immaculate Heart in the near future.
