Linda Lou Perry, 78, of Tucson Arizona, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2023. Linda was born on June 21, 1944, to Marion and Leota Boren in Pima, Arizona. Linda graduated from Pima High School in 1961. Linda worked in various secretarial and health care positions throughout her career. In 1961, Linda met Joel Perry at a dance, where he gave her her first kiss. Linda and Joel married after Joel returned home from his mission in 1963. They went on to have 3 children, Thomas Martin Perry, Laura Marie Perry, and Stephanie Lynne Perry. In 1986, Linda retired and went on to fulfill a mission with Joel in Canada. She spent her remaining years in retirement with her prince charming, loving all that life had to offer. Linda was preceded in death by her parents Marion and Leota Boren, her siblings Clinton Boren, Joan Hubbard, Marion (Jr.) Born, Jerry Boren, her husband Joel T. Perry, and her son Thomas M. Perry. She is survived by her daughters Laura M. Perry, Stephanie L. Perry, her grandchildren David J. Chalmers, Andrea M. Johnson, Brent R. Nelson, Tyler J. Nelson, and 7 great grandchildren. Services will be held at 3500 W. Sumter Drive, in Tucson, Arizona on Friday, June 2, 2023 at 9:00 am. Additional funeral and memorial services provided by Adair Funeral Homes. She will always be loved and dearly missed.
