OLGA EVE SWEAT, 70, passed away on September 18, 2013, to spend eternity with our Heavenly Father after a mercifully brief struggle with pancreatic cancer. She is predeceased by her husband, Emmet McDonald Sweat; and her parents, Nikolaj and Walentyna Trepaczka. Surviving her are her brother, George Trepaczka (Rosemarie); son, Emmet Sweat (Patricia); daughters,Victoria Polowetz and Barbara Polowetz; stepdaughters, Margaret Chappell (Wendell) and Jannie Lou Rohrer; grandson, Paul McCreery; step-granddaughter, Anjelica Johnson; step-great-granddaughter, Neveah Johnson; niece, Regina Sorenson (Carl); nephews, George Trepaczka (Joanne) and Gregory Trepaczka (Sue); and many other beloved relatives. Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, September 21, at 1 pm, East Lawn Palms Cemetery, 5801 E Grant Rd., Tucson. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to Casa De La Luz Hospice, 7740 N. Oracle Rd., Tucson, AZ 85704. Keep the lights on for all of us, Mommy!
