GUTHRIE, Mary Kelly, passed away on Monday, November 18, 2013; she was sixty-seven. Kelly is survived by her husband, Joe; son, Ryan; daughter-in-law, Kelsey; her parents Anne and Robert Quirk of Albany, NY; sister, Eileen Fox; and brothers, Jim and John Quirk of Albany, NY; brother, Kevin Quirk of Chicago, IIL; and sister, Margaret Perry of West Chester, NY. A graduate of the Albany College of Pharmacy, Kelly later earned her Doctorate from the University of Arkansas and, after nearly forty years of service, retired Chief of Pharmacy for the Southern Arizona VA Hospital system based in Tucson. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude's Hospital in Memphis, TN. Arrangements entrusted to ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Avalon Chapel (742-7901).
