Christine Marie Graham

Christine Marie Graham, age 89, passed away on Monday, September 8, 2014 while a resident of Emeritus at Pantano, an assisted living facility in Tucson. She was born on September 27, 1924 in Kilbourne, Louisiana to Benjamin W. Aaron and Martha Wright. She married John Livingston in October 1943. Five children were born to this marriage, sons Bruce, Howard and Robert, and daughters Johnnie and Ava. This marriage was terminated by the death of her husband. She met Allen Graham on election night in 1956 in Fort Worth, Texas. They began dating and soon knew that they loved each other and wanted to spend their lives together. They were married on June 3, 1957. They had two children, Linda and Allen Jr. Both Christine and Allen enjoyed travelling, and Allen's military career allowed the family to visit and live in many interesting places. Christine was a loving, caring wife and mother. She enjoyed being with family and friends. She was an excellent cook and loved working in her kitchen, preparing tasty meals for her family. Christine is survived by her husband, Allen; sons Robert and Allen Jr., both of Tucson; daughters Ava of Roanoke, VA, and Linda of Sierra Vista, AZ, 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at 11 o'clock AM at Shiloh Christian Ministries, 1519 Avenida Del Sol, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635.
