Suzanne Stofft Nystrom died at 76 on March 27, 2015, after a four-year affair with cancer. Suzanne leaves her family: son, Brad of Phoenix; daughter, Ingrid (Mark Brown); grandchildren, Nathan and Alexandra of El Paso, TX; sister, Katherine S. Hawley and family; and wonderful partner of 13 years Richard Begler. Born in Tucson, Suzanne is the daughter of Jeannette and Fred Stofft. Suzanne enjoyed a fulfilled life as mother, homemaker, teacher of English, volunteer, nonprofit manager for the American Red Cross retiring to Tucson in 2000. A celebration of life will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 2, 2015 at Grace St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 2331 E. Adams St., Tucson, AZ. Memorial gifts will be gratefully received by American Red Cross Grand Canyon Chapter (6135 N. Black Canyon Hwy, Phoenix, AZ 85015) or Grace St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
