LAX, Jack R., 88, born in Hammond, IN on October 18, 1926 - Passed in Tucson, AZ on September 18, 2015. Resident of Tucson since 1953. He taught at Peter Howell School for many years before becoming an administrator in Tucson Unified School District and eventually retiring in 1981. He is survived by his five children, nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Tucson. Arrangements entrusted to ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Avalon Chapel (742-7901).
