John H. Grainger Jr. (Bud) 92, native Tucsonian, Banker, Marine, Umpire, passed away October 11, 2015. Preceded in death by his son, John Grainger. Survived by his loving wife, Betty; daughters, Becky Longoni (Bob), Georgie Gerhart (Ron); six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Family, friends, baseball, and the University of Arizona are who and what Dad loved. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, October 28, 2015, 10:00 a.m. at ADAIR FUNERAL HOME, Avalon Chapel. Graveside Service to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. A special thanks to Northwest Hospital and Casa de la Luz for the care and kindness to Bud and our family.
