RILEY, James Edward 88, of Tucson, AZ passed away on April 5, 2016. James was born on January 26, 1928, in Brooklyn, New York. James graduated from Bucknell College and served in the US Navy. Jim was a 57 year resident of Tucson and served as Pima County Manager for much of his career as a Civil Engineer. He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline S. Riley; his great-granddaughter, Grace Marie Riley whom he and his wife adopted; his daughters, Teri White (Marlin) of Minden, NV, and Shannon Caraway (Paul) of Rapelje, MT. Jim also leaves five grandchildren, Danielle Riley, Jessica Riley, Joshua Riley, James Caraway, and Kash Caraway. The Memorial Mass is scheduled for 10:30 at St. Cyril's Catholic Church at 4725 E. Pima St. on Monday, April 11, 2016. Donations may be made in Jim's name to the AZ Daily Star Sportsman Fund - Send a Kid to Camp or St. Ann's Convent. Arrangements are entrusted to ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel. -
