DEAN, Jeanne Connolly age 63, of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, died suddenly February 26, 2017, at her Tucson winter home. Jeanne was the beloved wife of Charles R. Dean, Jr., mother of daughters, Dr. Kathryn Elizabeth Dean of New York City and Sarah Glenn Dean of Seattle, Washington. Jeanne is also the stepmother to Emily Britton Fulllington of Morgan Hill, California and Christopher Graham Dean of Shaker Heights, Ohio. Jeanne loved them both as her own. Jeanne is also survived by her brother, John P. Connolly, and four grandchildren. She is predeceased by her parents, Daniel and Elizabeth Connolly. Jeanne was born in Oakland, California in 1953. She attended Santa Clara University and Hastings Law School, where she graduated with honors. Jeanne practiced law with her husband in a law firm in the San Francisco Bay Area until they relocated to Idaho in 1997. There, they undertook the challenge of building a law practice in a small town in which they were strangers. Jeanne had a sharp wit, an engaging sense of humor and was a devoted and giving soul.
