Kathleen Margaret Lancaster, 73, of Oro Valley, passed away March 10, 2020. Kathleen was born February 22, 1947 in Jersey City, to Walter and Anne Lang. She was the apple of their eyes. Kathleen later attended All Souls Catholic Nursing School, graduating in 1968. Shortly before completing her studies, Kathy met the love of her life, Bill. After a whirlwind courtship, Bill and Kathy were married in August of 1968, a month after Bill returned home from Vietnam, Kathy soon became pregnant with their first of three children. Over the years, jobs and family relocated them between New Jersey and Arizona several times,although Kathy remained a Jersey Girl for life. Kathy and Bill loved entertaining their friends. Pool parties, barbecues and Christmas parties were legendary. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Anne Lang. She leaves behind her loving husband William Lancaster Jr, her children Coleen Lancaster, William Lancaster III (Misty), and Shannon Barnes (Don), grandchildren Cody (Korina), Racheal (Wayne), Keanu (Kate), Katherine (Brandon), Amanda, Gabrielle, Abigail, Isabelle, Margaret, Sarah and Bridget. Great-granddaughters Ava and Olivia. Kathy leaves behind a multitude of friends, cousins and others whose lives she touched as an RN.
