Judith P. Winslow passed away at home on September 25, 2020. She was a resident of Tucson AZ for 39 years and was born in Madison WI on September 3, 1940. Judy attended Madison Central High School, graduating in 1958 as Valedictorian. She is survived by sons Michael Butler, Jeffrey Butler, daughter Jennifer Winslow and 8 grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents Clifford and Myrtle Penn and husband Edward Winslow.
