Harold "Skip" Charles Stuth Jr.

1 HAROLD (SKIP) C. STUTH (JR.) 1945 - 2021 Skip, age 75, a resident of Tucson Arizona for the past 34 years, passed away at home with his loving wife by his side on Wednesday January 6, 2021. He was born December 10, 1945 in Oak Park, Illinois to Harold (Sr.) and Johanna Stuth. In 1964, he graduated from Oak Park, River Forest High School. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1971 from Roosevelt University and a Master of Business Administration in 1984 from George Williams College. In July 1968, Skip married the love of his life, Donna June Kehring and they were blessed with a son, Randy Scott in 1977. He worked as a Chief Financial Officer in the Healthcare Industry for over 25 years. He taught various accounting classes in his free time, as teaching was a love of his. He retired after 16 years from the San Xavier District of the Tohono O’odham Nation as Financial Director in 2014 at age 68. Skip served in the Army Security Agency as part of the U.S. Army Reserves, and was Honorably Discharged as a Staff Sergeant with a Top Security Clearance in 1974 from Fort Devens, MA. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Donna, and son, Randy, niece, Kathy Moore of Tucson, and nephew David Stuth of Bloomington, Indiana. He is also survived by three very special nieces by marriage, Kathy Myles of North Aurora, Patti McCarthy of Bartlett, and Missy Lisner of Sycamore, all in Illinois. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, beloved brother, Ronald Stuth, and a very dear cousin, Bernice Bock. Skip loved his home in the foothills of the Rincon Mountains because of the variety of wildlife that visited their land. As a Boy Scout volunteer he instilled in his son a love of nature and they, often with Donna, hiked trails in and around Tucson and southern Arizona. He and Donna traveled extensively in the National Parks as well as both the Pacific and Atlantic coastlines, and the Caribbean. Skip was very friendly and outgoing, always happy to spend time talking to friends and strangers alike. He was a truly good and kind man. Skip, we will cherish the memories of the times we have each spent with you. You have always given your very best, and we have all been blessed to have known you. You will be truly missed by all of us. We love you Skip, Sweet Dreams….
