Fedelina Rivera Barajas
April 24th, 1937 - January 13th, 2023
Born April 24, 1937 to Manuel Rivera and Carlota Jaramillo in Aragon, New Mexico, was taken to heaven on January 13, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Gildardo E. Barajas and her grandson Ronald A. Barajas JR "The 2nd". Survived by her sons Jimmie and Ron; daughters Veronica (Gene) and Diane (Bobby); eight grandchildren; Yvette, Carl, Erica, Ethan, Daniel, Natasha, Alexandra and four great-grandchildren; Richard III, Isabella, Elijah and Josiah. Fedelina Barajas, faced many challenges, but overcame the obstacles that came her way without complaint. Her strength and faith provided the necessary needs to overcome pain and health-related problems; with this she kept striving for another day. Fedelina, was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, tia, cousin, and friend. She unconditionally loved and put others' needs before her own. Forgiveness was no stranger to Fedelina as she always welcomed those back into her life. She cherished the world presented to her, holding strongly onto her loved ones. Fedelina's love touched those in a motherly way, one that made you feel wonderful. Fedelina was the rock and glue of our family. She lived a tough life but overcame the battles making her a survivor. She was a beautiful woman who taught us to love the world we have.
