Armando Contreras Valenzuela, 83. Born in Porvenir, Chihuahua Mexico and resided in Tucson, AZ. Our loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather passed away peacefully on March 21, 2023. He is preceded in death by Parents, Jesus & Pabla C. Valenzuela; Brothers, Jesus, Juan Nepomuceno, Aurelio, Benjamin, Apolonio; Sisters, Guadalupe Esparza, Romelia Caraveo and Martha Lopez. Survived by his wife Katherine Valenzuela; Daughters, Beatrice Valenzuela, Bernice Valenzuela, Belinda Valenzuela; Grandchildren, Tony Osuna (Vivian), Jasmine Osuna (Angel), Juliane Perez, Sebastian Valenzuela-Douglas (Arielle), Fabian Valenzuela-Douglas (Tabitha), Gregory Gonzales, Jeremiah Gonzales; Great-grandchildren, Tony, Zulay, Nathan, Giovanni, Kamaiya Osuna, Anahiz Miranda and Amara Valenzuela. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He was a retired roofer, served in the US Army. He loved his family (plus fur-family), friends, enjoyed listening to music (oldies), eating and cooking, classic cars and traveling. He was a hard worker, giving and willing to lend a hand to others. He will be missed for his laughter, humor and endless conversations. On April 3, 2023, Viewing will be held at 9 am located at Adair Funeral Homes & El Encanto Memorial Crematory, 1050 N. Dodge Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85716, followed by Rosary at 10 am, burial at 12 pm located at Holy Hope, 3555 N. Oracle Road, Tucson, AZ 85706, and Celebration of Life at 2pm-4pm located at Guillermo’s Double L, 1830 S. 4th Avenue, 85713.
